Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking Rudolph's Nose while Ben is drinking a Last Word Recipes below.

Rudolph's Nose

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 oz Allspice Dram
  • 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Rich Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Enjoy.

Last Word

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz maraschino liqueur (Ben recommends Cherry Heering)
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with 5 cherries.
