Down On the Farm

Finally, some good news! The brothers break down the 2026 season for the minor league affiliates, the overall state of the system, and discuss some of the top prospects who's names they did not know before the show.

On the cocktail side of things, today Matthew is drinking a Bruja's Brew while Ben is drinking a Cuba Libre. Recipes below.

Bruja's Brew

  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • ¾ oz honey-ginger syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with candied ginger or a lime wheel.

Cuba Libre

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 3-4 oz Coca-Cola
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Fill a highball glass with ice, add rum and top with the Coca-Cola. Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass and drop into the glass.
