On the cocktail side of things, today Ben is drinking a Gin & Ginger Beer while Matthew is drinking a Monte Carlo. Recipes below.

Gin & Ginger Beer

• 2-3 oz Gin
• 3-4 oz Ginger Beer
• Fill a highball with ice, add the gin and top with the ginger beer.

Monte Carlo

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Benedictine
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Mix all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well-chilled. Serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
